Rhett is a qualified Chartered Building Surveyor and has been working as a freelance structural glazing designer for over 20 years. Having started his working life in architecture he also understands the aesthetic requirements of a job as well as the technical challenges.

Tony C.Eng., F.I.C.E., M.C.I.H.T. Set up the practice of A,K,Hill and Associates (now Construction Design Partnership) Consulting Civil, Structural and Façade Engineers in 1976. The practice has extensive experience in construction in all of the principal building materials.
Tony Hill has in excess of 20 years of experience in the design of the structural elements of facades on major structures including Heathrow Terminals 1,2, 3 and 5, the Orbit Tower for the Olympics, the BT Tower and various blast resistant structures. Tony has been a reviewer for the Institution of Civil Engineers for more than 30 years.
Joseph has worked in the construction industry for 34 years, primarily as a Quantity Surveyor, but also as a Project Manager, and has undertaken many successful projects, including the Rolls-Royce Assembly Plant @ Chichester, Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 and 5, Royal London Hospital and numerous City of London and Canary Wharf office buildings.
The Canary wharf projects worked on, all for specialist subcontractors, include One Cabot Square, 5 Canada Sq, Canary Riverside, 20 Churchill Place, 1 Churchill Place plus other smaller roles on other buildings at Canary Wharf and surrounding developments.
